2025
From 25 to 27 November 2025, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre hosted the VIV MEA 2025 International Livestock Exhibition. Bolong Technology showcased its environmental equipment, including large-scale composting machines, attracting widespread attention from industry professionals thanks to its innovative technical concepts and practical solutions.
On-site Highlight: Bolong Booth Bustles with Multi-Country Clients for In-depth Discussions
Throughout the exhibition, Bolong’s stand attracted livestock enterprises and industry experts from the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and beyond. Staff provided detailed explanations of the technical features and processing capabilities of the large-scale composting machine, demonstrating its intelligent control system and stable operational performance. Many clients recognised the equipment’s high-efficiency processing capacity and environmental value, and expressed interest in further collaboration.
PMRT Keynote: Bolong Fermentation Tank Technology Gains International Recognition
On 26 November, the core forum ‘Poultry Marketing Roundtable (PMRT)’ explored synergistic pathways between livestock farming and resource sustainability under the theme ‘Smart Water Utilisation in Poultry Production’. Dr Vincent Guyonnet, visiting scientist at the University of Montreal and global coordinator of WOAH-WVEPAH, systematically analysed the environmental value of Bolong’s high-temperature aerobic fermentation tanks in the harmless treatment of livestock manure and dead animals. He emphasised their protective role in three areas: air, water and soil.
Air Management: Fully enclosed tanks combined with multi-stage deodorisation systems prevent the release of unpleasant gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide at source.
Water protection: Leak-proof structures and high-temperature sterilisation processes prevent leachate from contaminating groundwater.
Soil Restoration: Produces fully mature organic fertiliser within seven days, restoring soil microbial communities and reducing reliance on chemical fertilisers.
Dr Gu emphasised: ‘The Bolong fermentation tank is more than just pollution control equipment; it is a pivotal technological hub that enables the livestock industry to achieve a “closed-loop resource system”.’
Innovative technology addresses industry pain points, and practical solutions gain market favour
Bolong large-scale composting machine uses advanced processing techniques and an intelligent control system to quickly treat manure waste and produce organic fertiliser that meets the required standards. Its sealed design and comprehensive deodorisation system effectively resolve the environmental challenges faced by traditional farms, providing reliable solutions for the industry.
The recent VIV MEA exhibition and PMRT forum once again highlighted the shared global challenges of livestock farming, including ‘smart water usage’, ‘waste resource utilisation’ and ‘animal welfare’. By deeply integrating high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology with intelligent farming equipment, Bolong provides tools for environmental compliance and establishes a new farming model that balances economic viability with sustainability.
Although VIV MEA 2025 has now ended, Bolong’s journey of innovation continues. We are dedicated to optimising equipment performance and developing customised solutions tailored to different regions and scales, empowering global clients to gain a competitive advantage amid evolving environmental regulations and market dynamics.
